Another amazing album by The Yardbirds, here teaming up with the great Sonny Boy Williamson. At the time the Chicago blues man was touring around Europe with The American Folk Blues Festival, the pres- tigious event which brought over some key figures for the first time to the old continent. While travelling in the UK, he met The Yardbirds manager Giorgio Gomelsky who invited him to per- form with the British band at the Crawdaddy Club in London and the deed was done!! Together with 'London 1963: The First Recordings' (TTB6089), this album is the manifesto of an era when the Blues found it's home in the UK.
