Presentada en una edición limitada de sólo 300 copias, esta CAJA DELUXE contiene además de las versiones más conocidas, grabaciones inéditas realizadas durante las sesiones de sobregrabación de los álbumes póstumos "Guitar Man" (1981, con versiones contemporáneas y arreglos de antiguas grabaciones de Presley a cargo del productor Felton Jarvis), "This Is Elvis" (1981, banda sonora del documental homónimo) y "I Was The One" (1983, con grabaciones de 1954-1956).
El repertorio incluye versiones alternativas o diferentes mezclas de canciones con aires beatlescos como "Hey Jude", "In the Ghetto", "Susan When She Tried", "She Thinks I Still Care", "If You Talk In Your Sleep" y "Kentucky Rain", así como duetos entre Elvis y artistas como Jerry Reed, los Gatlin Brothers y Tony Joe White, creados artificialmente por Jarvis. El quinto disco está íntegramente dedicado a una entrevista con el propio productor sobre la realización del álbum "Guitar Man", recuperado de un raro LP promocional de 1981.

Over 80 tracks featuring original versions, edits, unused masters, work in progress and more from 'Guitar Man', 'This Is Elvis' and 'I Was The One'.
It includes, in addition to the best-known versions, rare recordings made during the overdubbing sessions for the posthumous albums "Guitar Man" (1981, featuring contemporary reworkings and arrangements of old Presley recordings by producer Felton Jarvis), "This Is Elvis" (1981, soundtrack to the documentary film of the same name), and "I Was The One" (1983, featuring recordings from 1954–56). The setlist includes alternate versions or different mixes of songs such as the Beatles-esque "Hey Jude," "In the Ghetto," "Susan When She Tried," "She Thinks I Still Care," "If You Talk In Your Sleep," and "Kentucky Rain," as well as duets between Elvis and artists such as Jerry Reed, the Gatlin Brothers, and Tony Joe White, artificially created by Jarvis. The fifth disc is entirely dedicated to an interview with the producer himself regarding the making of the album "Guitar Man", recovered from a rare promotional LP from 1981
