Into The Gap Live muestra a los Thompson Twins en su mejor momento, interpretando canciones de su exitoso álbum de 1984 Into The Gap. Conocido por su vibrante mezcla de synth-pop y new wave, el álbum en directo muestra la enérgica presencia escénica de la banda y su pulida musicalidad. ¡Con temas emblemáticos como "Hold Me Now", "Doctor! Doctor!" y “You Take Me Up”, la actuación pone de relieve su habilidad para crear melodías contagiosas y letras emotivas. Grabado en el hipódromo de Del Mar, California (EE.UU.), y durante un periodo de éxito internacional, el álbum ofrece a los fans una experiencia dinámica, mezclando éxitos de las listas de éxitos con el animado ambiente de sus conciertos en directo, consolidando el legado de la banda en el pop de los ochenta.

Known for their vibrant mix of synth pop and new wave, the live album showcases the band’s energetic stage presence and polished musicianship. Featuring iconic tracks like “Hold Me Now,” “Doctor! Doctor!” and “You Take Me Up,” the performance highlights their knack for crafting infectious melodies and emotional lyrics.
Recorded at the Del Mar Racetrack in Southern California during a period of international success, the album offers fans a dynamic experience, blending chart-topping hits with the lively atmosphere of their live shows, cementing the band’s legacy in 1980s pop.
Originally released on VHS in 1984, this performance is presented for the first time as an audio recording on turquoise and yellow double vinyl, exclusively for Record Store Day 2025.
