Grabado exclusivamente en vinilo por primera vez, «Jubilee» fue una recopilación de singles de 2002 que celebraba tanto el 25.º aniversario de los Sex Pistols como el Jubileo de Oro de Isabel II. Ahora, al celebrar el 50.º aniversario de la banda, también se conmemora el medio siglo del punk, uno de los géneros musicales más influyentes de todos los tiempos.
 
«Jubilee» se divide en dos épocas: la era de Johnny Rotten y la era posterior a Johnny Rotten. El cambio es evidente, pero la calidad de la música se mantiene constante y genuina, e incluye sus singles más reconocibles, así como algunas joyas poco comunes: «Pretty Vacant (Live)», extraída de la famosa gira de reunión «Filthy Lucre» de 1996, y una versión alternativa de «Silly Thing» con la voz de Steve Jones en lugar de Paul Cook.

Pressed exclusively on vinyl for the first time, Jubilee was a 2002 singles collection celebrating both the Sex Pistols’ 25th anniversary and Elizabeth II’s Golden Jubilee. Now celebrating the band’s 50th year, it also marks the half-centenary of punk, one of the most influential music genres of all time.
Jubilee is split into two eras: the Johnny Rotten era and the post-Johnny Rotten era. The change is apparent, yet the quality of music stays consistent and genuine, and features their most recognizable singles as well as some rare gems; "Pretty Vacant (Live)" taken from the infamous 1996 ‘Filthy Lucre’ reunion tour and an alternative version of "Silly Thing” featuring vocals by Steve Jones instead of Paul Cook.
