Este disco es una recopilación de 1989 llamada SHAKE YOUR BRAINS (Sacude tus sesos), aunque SHAKE también significa china (de hachis), y conocida la afición a las drogas de Pepe Smith podria traducirse "libremente" como chinas para tus neuronas.

Recoge canciones de HIMIG NATIN, toda la primera cara excepto Palengke, que pertenece al Manila Concert 1973 y que también sale como bonus en el primer disco de la banda UP IN ARMS, las canciones de la cara B pertenecen integramente a MASKARA.
